Shoppers Stop not to make payment for cancelled orders. It is agreed that in a given month maximum 10% (% of total orders by the Service Provider in the particular month) cancellations would be allowed, if the cancelled orders are more than 8% then there will be no payment made to Admitad
All mixed orders to be treated as GV/GC/EGV sale (Merchandise + GV/GC/EGV)
Payout for all GV/GC/EGV (Gift Card, Gift voucher, Electronic gift voucher) orders = 5% of the order value (exclusive of taxes)
Payout only for GV/GC/EGV orders above Rs.500
Maximum payout per order of GV/GC/EGV is Rs. 200
