In any software development life cycle, there is a constant need to confirm that the final product meets the initial product requirements and lifecycle. This step is called quality assurance and it is a vital step in any organization. Imagine a new social media platform just started, and they are looking to increase their customer base. However, there is a major bug in their product that does not allow existing users to log in even with a correct credential. It is without a doubt that the company cannot last a few months.

Why QA Testers are so Important:

QA testing improves the user experience: In the earlier example, I cited, a problem with logging in only leads to poor user experience. Which would later reduce the adoption of the new product. To confirm a good user experience, QA testing is critical.
It saves money: Having bugs to linger in your product can prove to be more expensive in the long run. Again, in the logging example, the company may spend more money fixing the code and also on ads to assure users that the app now works properly. Basically, it is cheaper to insure bugs are limited before production than to fix them in production.
QA prevents problems down the road: When you have a secured QA pipeline, you prevent problems from becoming grave. Quality Assurance helps to nip the issue while in its infancy.
